E-commerce business was losing about 2% of revenue in credit card fraud. There was a dedicated team of 20 resources checking on frauds.

Leveraging 3rd party fraud database I built a reliable solution to stop the loss. Business leaders could change different parameters.

 

With technology solution, we reduced the fraud losses from 2% to less than 1/10%. It saved around 4 million dollars per year.

IT operation was facing reliability issue due to rapid expansion and business growth was impacting due to lack of customer confidence.

Analyzed the situation in first 30 days of my new job. I created a short term reliability and performance improvements plan.

 

- Operational issues reduced by 90% within 100 days.

- Team members were recognized and motivated.

- We had good people in the team but with the explosion in growth they didn't have a good process to prioritize and execute the workload.

RISC, a Government Services Administration agency, was struggling with tons of paper process and old legacy system for integrated solution. Previously three reputed vendors had failed to deliver the solution putting Y2K as risk.

Created partnership with government officials and internal team to solidify technology architecture and delivery process to ensure delivery of reliable and best in class solution.

 

Delivered state of art solution to support end to end processes for the regulatory information services center and printing office. Avoided Y2K catastrophe and build the trust with customers to win new business.

Poor productivity and adverse mining conditions were causing operational loss and labor issues.

Led automation project for the underground mining operation. 

 

Generated 35%+ cost savings and propelling operation to #2 from bottom 100 among 700 nationwide in throughput and profit; received award for outstanding capacity/safety results from Chairman.
